You can use this request to ask questions about your rates, payments, debtor accounts, property ownership details, or to request copies of notices and statements.
Property rates fund many of the services and facilities provided to the community, including waste collection, roads and footpaths, public health, environmental protection, and community services.
Rates notices are issued at the end of July each year. You can pay in full by 31 August or in quarterly instalments due 31 August, 30 November, 28 February and 31 May.
