All pools within NSW must be registered on the NSW Swimming Pool Register and have adequate fencing that complies with the Swimming Pools Act 1992.
If you have an enquiry about a private swimming pool, you can submit a request for Council to investigate or provide advice on matters including:
- Non-compliant pool fencing or barriers
- Pool fencing enquiries
- Pool registration enquiries and assistance
- Reporting poorly maintained or green pools on private property
