If you have an enquiry about the status of your current Development Application or a general planning enquiry, you can submit a request for review by Council's Planning team.

Most planning enquiries relating to development controls and legislation should be directed to Council's Duty Planner service. Learn more about Council's Duty Planner service here.
If your enquiry relates to a specific development you are considering, you may be advised to lodge a Pre-DA application. This allows Council to review your proposal and provide feedback on potential issues.
- If you want to report unauthorised development works, submit a request under Illegal building works/construction.
- If you want to report development that is breaching its conditions of consent, submit a request under Construction works non-compliance.
