About

Council enforces parking rules to keep everyone safe and maintain public spaces. Vehicles can be fined if the car is parked illegally in any of the following locations:
  • On the road (on-street parking)
  • In Council operated carparks
  • When a driveway has been blocked, preventing access or exit
Please note: To report issues with a vehicle or trailer that has been abandoned, raise an Abandoned vehicles request to have the matter investigated.
If you're experiencing issues with any of the following matters, please contact Council's Customer Service team on 9424 0000 to report the issue:
  • Trailers on Council land (including boat trailers and caravans)
  • Infringement enquiries
Council is unable to issue a fine based on photographic evidence of an offence. An officer must attend the site and witness the illegally parked vehicle.
