About
There are strict regulations on the disposal of rubbish in NSW. Placing rubbish on Council land outside of a booked Council clean-up is illegal. If you witness illegal dumping in any public place within Ku-ring-gai, you can report it to Council to investigate.
If your report relates to a skip bin, please contact Council's Customer Service team on 9424 0000 to report the issue.
Please note: If rubbish is placed on the nature strip as part of a booked clean-up and within the allowed timeframe, Council will not investigate.
