Property owners and property managers can use this form to request changes to household waste and recycling bins for houses. This includes adding, cancelling or changing the size of bins.

This request applies to houses only. Units and multi-dwelling properties are managed using a separate form.
Fees apply for some services and are charged annually.
You can use this form to request:
  • A larger waste bin (upgrade from 120L to 240L)
  • An additional green waste bin (360L)
  • An additional paper recycling bin (240L)
  • An additional mixed recycling bin (240L)
  • A waste bin size reduction (240L to 120L)
  • Cancellation of an additional green waste bin

Please note: Bin fees are listed within the online form.

Submit a request

To add, cancel or change a household bin service, please complete the online form. Council will then review your request and contact you if further information is required.
Please note: All additional waste services/bins are applicable only to the property which they have been applied for. Bins must remain at the current address upon owners moving or selling. These services are not transferrable and bins cannot be taken to newly purchased properties.
