Most fines issued are for parking offences. However, fines are also issued for compliance matters, including breaches of consent, building without approval, and inadequate pool fencing.
Please note: Council has a commercial agreement with Revenue NSW for administration and processing of all Penalty Notices issued. This includes all requests for review.
Contact Revenue NSW
If you wish to contest a fine, request a review, view a photograph of the alleged offence or discuss payment you will need to contact Revenue NSW.
If you have received a fine and have not contacted Revenue NSW, you must do so before submitting an infringement enquiry to Council.
