If you have a question or concern about building works, you can submit a request to Council.

If you have an enquiry relating to building works matters, you can raise a request to Council to respond or investigate the issue. These include:
- Certification and changing the Principal Certifying Authority (PCA)
- Private certifier issues
- Dilapidated buildings (structural concerns only)
- Building Code of Australia (BCA) or standards compliance
Please note: Council can only investigate if a private certifier fails to meet statutory obligations. Complaints about rude or unprofessional behaviour should be directed to the Building Commission NSW.

- To report unauthorised development, submit a request under illegal building works/construction.
- To report development breaching conditions of consent, submit a request under construction works non-compliance.
- To report an overgrown private property, submit a request under overgrown vegetation.
