While our meters are serviced regularly, the meters may experience technical issues from time to time. If you are experiencing one of these technical issues with the meters, please follow the instructions on the machine for servicing and issue reporting.
If you have parked in the car park but experiencing an issue when registering on the app/meter, report the issue and your details to Council. Reporting to Council is a record of the fault and you reporting the fault. The record can also be referenced by Council in the unlikely chance you receive a parking infringement whilst the app/meter is faulty.
Submit a request
If you have experienced an issue with a parking meter in a Council metered car park, please use the following link to raise a request. You'll need to provide:
- The ID number for the machine
- Your vehicle registration number
- If your request is regarding a payment that may require a refund, you will be asked to provide the last four digits of the card used for payment.
Please note: Your contact details are required when lodging this request to ensure Council is able to contact you for more information or to resolve your issue. If we have insufficient information, we will not be able to resolve.
